Yes, that's the whole point. Creatine works on consistency. Take 3g every day, rest days included. No loading phase, no cycling off.

No problem. Our formulas are clean and properly dosed, so you can stack them with a multivitamin, fish oil, magnesium and so on. Just check you are not doubling up on caffeine.

The powders (Pre-Workout, Whey, Creatine Core, Creatine Fusion, EAA, Amino Energy, Gaming) come with a scoop. Check the label for how many grams that scoop holds and how to mix it, because it differs per product. T-Booster (capsules) and ZMA (tablets) are dosed per unit, as stated on the label.

Whey Protein contains milk and soy lecithin. All other products are vegan and lactose-free. Nearly all of our products are made in a facility that also handles milk, egg, soy and oat, so with a serious allergy always check the label. Pre-Workout, EAA and Amino Energy contain a source of phenylalanine (PKU warning).

Zero grams of added sugar in any of our products. Flavoured versions are sweetened with sucralose and/or acesulfame K. Creatine Core is unflavoured: no flavourings, no sweeteners.

Every product is vegan except Whey Protein (whey is milk). Plant-based protein is on the way.

Our formulas are made in a GMP-certified EU facility and every dose is printed in full on the label. We are not currently part of a batch-certification programme such as NZVT or Informed Sport. If you are subject to anti-doping testing, talk to your sports physician or federation first.
