Return policy

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the last shipment.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email info@dscpln.nl with your order number. You can also use the model withdrawal form (at the bottom of this page).

Which products can be returned?

Products can be returned if they are:

• unused and unopened;
• still in the original packaging with the seal intact;
• registered with us within 14 days of receipt.

Which products cannot be returned?

Under article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code, supplements whose seal has been broken after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal. That applies to tubs, sachets and samples that have been opened, used or damaged. We do this because, for hygiene and quality reasons, opened food supplements cannot be resold.

Products damaged through incorrect use, and replacement products from an earlier return, also fall outside this arrangement.

How to return something

1. Email info@dscpln.nl with your order number and which items you want to return.
2. We'll send you a confirmation and the return address within 1 working day.
3. Pack the products in their original packaging. Include the confirmation email or a copy of your receipt.

Return shipping costs

The cost of return shipping is yours, unless the product arrived damaged, the wrong item was delivered, or there is a manufacturing fault. Keep your proof of postage until your refund has come through.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return you'll get a confirmation by email. We refund the full purchase amount (including any shipping costs from your original order) within 14 days, to the account you used for the original payment.

On a partial return, the shipping amount is not refunded if the remaining products stay in your order.

Damaged or wrongly delivered

Received a damaged, defective or incorrect product? Email info@dscpln.nl within 7 days of receipt with your order number and clear photos of the problem and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund free of charge, return shipping included.
